Operation is as simple as ABC
| 1. Secure the machine to a table or counter
using the two included "C" clamps, or bolt it to a surface 2. Fill a can with commodities 3. Place an oxygen absorbing packet in the can (for most foods) 4. Place a lid on the can 5. Turn on the "Seal It" machine 6. Place can on the raising disc 7. Draw lower handle 90 degrees to the left to raise the can tightly against the drive chuck 8. Push the sealing handle away from you gradually increasing pressure on the handle for 4 to 5 revolutions then pull towards you for another 4 to 5 revolutions to complete the seam. |
Speed of sealing varies, but is about 2-3 cans per minute
The "Seal It" machine is produced in a modern plant utilizing the latest CNC machine tool technology. It is engineered to be strong, yet light weight for portability. The new direct drive premium quality gear motor has no pulleys, belts, or chains which add weight and reduce efficiency. The two seam rollers are made from commercial quality tool steel for long life.
